Hospital charity partners with local business

The Princess Alexandra Hospital Charity has partnered with a local business which will further support the charity in boosting fundraising efforts and raising awareness within the local community.

Full Vision, a signage, graphics and branding specialist, has developed a relationship with the charity over the past five years, following the positive experiences of care provided to their loved ones.

Sam Tanner, company director at Full Vision, said: “We are delighted to have partnered with The Princess Alexandra Hospital Charity, which we have supported over the last few years through fundraising for the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).

“The NICU team, who provide intensive, high-dependency and specialist care for sick newborn babies, cared for our twins, Olivia and Sophia, when they were born prematurely.

“The support we received was incredible at such a challenging time, and now we are delighted to have signed a formal partnership to continue making a difference for a unit that has a special place in our hearts.”

Natalie Tarrant, head of charity at The Princess Alexandra Hospital Charity said: “We are committed to enhancing patient care, purchasing special equipment, improving facilities and investing in vital research that supports patients now and into the future.

“Our partnership with Full Vision complements the goals and values of our dedicated people in putting the patient at the heart of all that we do, striving to achieve everyday excellence and working creatively in collaboration. Watch this space – great things are on the horizon for the charity.”

Inpatient comment:

Everyone offered words of such reassurance and kindness. I felt so cared for and the communication with me at all times was fantastic.
