Community invited to Christmas carol service with local hospital

The local community are invited to celebrate the festive season with The Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust (PAHT) at the annual Christmas carol service.
The service will be held at St Paul’s Church, Harlow, on Tuesday 17 December, from 5:30pm to 7pm. It will include readings by the hospital teams and local people and carol singing led by the New Edition Choir and St James Church of England Primary School. And our chaplaincy team will be joined by guest speaker Rt Revd Dr Guli Frances-Dehqani, Bishop of Chelmsford.
Rev Dr Christian Okeke, head of chaplaincy at PAHT, said: “We’re looking forward to starting the festive celebrations by bringing people together to sing Christmas carols. The service is also a time to give special thanks and celebrate our local hospital and community.
“We hope that as many people as possible will be able to join us. Everyone is welcome, no tickets are required, simply turn up on the day. Refreshments and mince pies will be served after the service for those able to stay.”
St Paul’s Church is located in College Square, Harlow, CM20 1LP. Parking is available at the Harvey Centre multi-storey car park (CM20 1AP), which is a two-minute walk to the church.
