An update to our board is that Liz Baker has moved from the role of associate non-executive director to a non-executive director in April 2024, which, alongside her advisory role, gives her voting rights on decisions made at board meetings.

Liz said: “I am delighted to now be a non-executive director (NED). Since I joined, I have gained a real insight into PAHT and it is great to know that I will continue to have an active role in working with the board as plans and decisions are made for the organisation.

Hattie Llewelyn-Davies, chair of the PAHT board, added: “Liz is a proactive member of the board and is also the NED representative for Alex Health as we head to the introduction of our exciting new electronic patient record."

Inpatient comment:

Everyone offered words of such reassurance and kindness. I felt so cared for and the communication with me at all times was fantastic.
