We are proud of our amazing PAHT people and the fantastic care and services they provide.

We asked our people what working at PAHT means to them – they said…

Stories from our people...

Eleanor Hill, information manager

In 2018 I joined the Quality First Team at PAHT as a placement on the NHS Graduate Management Training Scheme (GMTS). I was on the Health Informatics stream, and spent time across the Quality First and Information, getting involved in supporting measurement of quality improvement projects. As part of the scheme, the first few weeks were spent shadowing colleagues across the Trust and wider system, including porters, doctors, therapists, nurses, paramedics, and mortuary technicians - everyone I met was so welcoming and I learnt so much but also about how much there still was to learn!

Daniella Pritchard- nurse, inclusion champion, staff side secretary, and Unison branch secretary

I was a student in PAH in September 1997 and successfully was offered a job here in September 2000. I have enjoyed working in PAH for the last 21 years and lots has changed.  Positive changes though! I am one of the trust inclusion champions. As an inclusion champion my role is to challenge and work in partnership with the trust to incorporate our values for example treating everyone the same by giving respect to each other. I am a practicing but also the staff Side Secretary for the organisation and the lead Representative for Unison PAH. Feel free to email me with any enquiries and ask me more about why I enjoy working here.  daniella.pritchard@nhs.net
