Mortuary viewing facility
Our viewing facility is for relatives wishing to view the deceased prior to funeral arrangement.
This room is also used by the Police and Coroner’s Service for body identification purposes. We respect all religious and cultural beliefs, and these are followed when caring for the deceased.
To make an appointment, please contact the mortuary on 01279 827089 from Monday to Friday, 8am to 4.30pm.
On-call service
We provide an emergency 24 hour service all year around. You can contact us via the hospital switchboard: 01279 444455.
Bereavement services
Our bereavement team are here to give you support and guidance following the death of a loved one. You can contact the team on 01279 827090 or 01279 827428.
