If you have an appointment at one of our hospitals but do not need to stay overnight, this means you are being treated as an outpatient or a day patient. You may be attending the hospital for an appointment for treatment, diagnosis or a procedure.
Before your appointment, you will receive a letter, email or text message from us that includes everything you need to know about your appointment.
You may be offered a face-to-face appointment at the hospital, or a telephone or video appointment.
