Changes to booking team’s hours over the Festive period
There will be two changes to the booking teams’ hours over the festive period.
Our booking teams’ phone lines will be closing at 3pm on Wednesday 24 December and 3:30pm on Wednesday 31 December instead of 4pm.
The phone lines will also be closed on the bank holidays (25 December, 26 December, and 1 January).
