Added security through two-step verification
Two-step verification provides additional security to your My Alex Health account. This feature allows us to send you a verification code to your email to confirm it is you who are accessing your account. For more information see the leaflet “Two-step verification on My Alex Health.”
Adding passkeys to use for the web browser version of My Alex Health
Passkeys can be used to log into My Alex Health when using your web browser. These are like biometric logins on mobile phones with options including fingerprint, face lock, and screen lock. They provide a safer and more convenient way of logging in than traditional passwords.
The use of passkeys is optional. You will still be able to use your password to login. Find out more about passkeys.
