If we have your details saved and you are currently under the care of the hospital, a link will be sent to you via text message from NHS PAHT.
No, this is not currently available on My Alex Health.
However, if you are a carer or a parent, in the future we are planning for you to be able to gain ‘proxy access’ to the medical records of others (with their permission).
Please note this is feature is not yet enabled.
A mobile phone, tablet or computer will be needed with internet connection. On your computer you need an up-to-date internet browser, such as Chrome or Safari.
You can access My Alex Health via any internet or data connected computer, tablet or smartphone, but if you’re not able to, or have difficulties accessing it, you can give consent for someone else to on your behalf. If you’d rather not, or are unable to use My Alex Health, you needn’t do anything as we will continue to provide printed documentation and use existing contact methods.
The NHS App is different to our patient portal, but the two work together. Think of the NHS app as the front door to all of your NHS information. My Alex Health sits behind it and relates to your care at our hospital only.
