Viewing your appointment letters online

You can access your outpatient appointment letters via our new patient portal, My Alex Health. You can find out more about how to access My Alex Health here.

Outpatients can easily view and download their hospital outpatient appointment letters and follow-up appointment letters via My Alex Health. The letters can be viewed online via a smartphone, tablet, computer or device, at any time, once a patient has registered to use it.

Information:

When you register with My Alex Health, there may not be any appointments for you to view if you are not currently under the care of the hospital. 

You need to register to start using My Alex Health on your phone, laptop, tablet or PC.

If you have an appointment you will receive a test from “NHS PAHT” asking you to register for My Alex Health to view your appointment details.

Or you can register now.

Once you have created an account for My Alex Health, you will receive a text message with the link to register, view your outpatient appointment letter or appointment follow-up letter.

The text message will be sent from “NHS PAHT”. Please be assured that this is a real message and is not a scam message.

If you choose to use My Alex Health, you will receive all hospital letters via the portal, and you will not receive a paper copy.

If you decide not to sign up to the portal (i.e. not click on the link from the text that is sent), we will send your outpatient appointment letters to you by post.

If you have opened your digital letter and would like a printed copy, you can either print the letter from within My Alex Health or request a printed copy from PAHT via Settings.
