The Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust (PAHT) is celebrating the success of Kristle Bravo, International Nurse Educator, who has been awarded Practice Educator of the Year at the Nursing Times Workforce Summit and Awards 2025.
The annual summit and awards celebrate individuals and teams who are driving excellence in nurse recruitment, retention, wellbeing, inclusion, and other key areas that support the health and social care workforce during ongoing national challenges.
Kristle’s continued leadership and passion for supporting international colleagues play a vital role in strengthening the trust’s workforce and enhancing the delivery of compassionate, high-quality patient care.
Reacting to her win, Kristle said: “I feel genuinely humbled and incredibly grateful to receive this prestigious award. Every day, I’m privileged to support and guide our healthcare professionals as they grow in confidence and capability.
“Providing pastoral care, wellbeing support and mentorship and seeing the impact this has on their development is something I feel truly lucky to be part of. When people thrive, our workforce thrives, and ultimately our patients receive even better compassionate care. That’s what makes this role so rewarding.”
