Catrin joined PAHT as Interim Chief People Officer in August 2026, bringing extensive board-level experience in human resources (HR), organisational development and facilities leadership across the NHS and a range of sectors, including transport, medtech, biotech, legal and utilities.
Most recently, Catrin provided interim HR consultancy for Keolis UK. Her previous roles include Interim Project Manager at GTS Rail, Interim People and Culture Director at Cardiff Airport, and Director of HR and Organisational Development at Royal Cornwall Hospitals NHS Trust. She has also held senior HR roles at Keolis, FirstGroup and Transport for Wales, where she supported the renationalisation of Welsh rail services.
Catrin is a Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) qualified professional and holds a BSc Econ (Hons) in Sociology and Social Policy from Cardiff University. She is also a fluent Welsh speaker.
Catrin is committed to putting patients and colleagues at the centre of PAHT’s work, strengthening workforce culture, and supporting partnership working across Harlow and Essex as the Trust delivers its Rise strategy.
