The Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust (PAHT) invites you to join them for an online event to find out everything you need to know about My Alex Health, PAHT’s new patient portal.
At the events senior hospital staff and clinicians will present how My Alex Health will benefit patients’ care with the hospital, giving patients more control over their appointments, as well as immediate access to their results and health information.
With My Alex Health patients can:
- view their own appointment schedule
- view their test results, reports and health record information
- complete assessments and questionnaires within the patient portal
- view hospital letters digitally
- receive appointment SMS reminders on their phone
Five online meetings will take place in the early evening on:
Thursday 4 September 6.15-7.00pm
Thursday 11 September 6.15-7.00pm
Wednesday 17 September 6.15-7.00pm
Thursday 25 September 6.15-7.00pm
Thursday 2 Oct 6.15-7.00pm
