The team on the ward carry out cardiac angiography procedures, permanent pacemaker inplants for both out patients and in patients and cadioversion procedures on an outpatient basis.
We also hold pre assessment clinics for carioversion patients and those patients requiring further angioplasty treatment at the CTC.
The ward area is light, airy with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

One main theatre with image intensifer, cardiac monitoring and recording equipment measuring both arterial and venous pressures.
